This time, The ICEMT 2012 conference proceeding will be published by IACSIT, and all papers will be indexed by both EBSCO and Thomson ISI Proceedings. About 15 paper selected from the registered ones will be published in the International Journal of Innovation, Management and Technology (IJIMT, ISSN:2010-0248) free of charge.

One Excellent Paper will be selected from each oral session. The Certificate for Excellent Papers and Certificate will be awarded in the Welcome Banquet on June 30, 2012.
