This time, The ICEMT 2012 conference proceeding will be published by IACSIT, and all papers will be indexed by the Thomson ISI Proceeding. About 15 paper selected from the registered ones will be published in the International Journal of Innovation, Management and Technology (IJIMT, ISSN:2010-0248) free of charge.

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted  by Electronic Submission System or by Email icemt@iedrc.org. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
